Mat Classes
Intro
to Pilates Mat Class
Those new to Pilates are required to take a 6-week Intro to Pilates
course or sufficient private or semi-private sessions before participating
in more advanced classes. The intro course focuses on the principles
of Pilates and establishing the basic core muscles that Pilates
requires. Cost is $75 ($12.50/class) for the session and registration
is required. Make-ups are possible at another class within the
same session provided there is room in the class. Click

Ongoing
Classes
After participating in the intro class, students can continue
in any of our ongoing classes. These classes focus on continuing
to learn progressively advanced moves while at the same time increasing
the overall demand and speed of the workout. Cost is $15 "pay
as you go" or $100 for an 8-class pass ($12.50/class). Passes
are good for any day or time. Must be used within 12 weeks and

Start
Your Own Mat Class

a class for you with a minimum of 4 students. Please call for
